Cost effective and simple to use, stay within Industry Regulations and advertise your shares with peace of mind!
If you wish to publicly advertise shares in your horses, you are required to submit a Promoters Disclosure application to the Lead Regulator, Racing Victoria, for approval. This application must be submitted by an AFS (Australian Financial Services) License Holder, or approved Representative.
Misyndications is an approved Representative of Clanbrooke and are committed to providing trainers, breeders and vendors with a streamlined process that takes the headache out of paperwork.
HOW TO USE
Once you have purchased your horse, 'Add' the Horse to your website and then click on the Misyndications banner in the Admin section to access the Misyndications website.
Misyndications includes:
- Streamlined PDS creation
- PDS submission to Lead Regulator for review
- PDS approval from Lead Regulator
- Once approved, your PDS is automatically uploaded to your horse's website so you can start promoting your shares!
- Your PDS then becomes the legally enforceable contract between you and your clients – and your Lead Regulator will be able to support you in its enforcement.

OTHER OPTIONS
Management – if you require ongoing Management, freeing up your time to do what you do best – train your horse - contact us for a quote.
At the conclusion of a Syndication when all shares have been sold and a large bank transfer is required (over $10K), clients will be charged a $25 handling fee to cover expenses.
