This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to any conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the State and Federal Courts of Australia.

MiSyndications may terminate the Agreement to use the Site at any time and may do so immediately and without notice, and accordingly, deny you access to the Site, at its sole discretion, if you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.
Modification and Severability
We reserve the right to make changes to the Site, our policies, and the terms and conditions of the Agreement at any time. If any of these terms and conditions shall be deemed invalid, void or for any reason unenforceable, said terms and conditions shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining terms and conditions.

MiSyndications has not necessarily reviewed the third-party web sites linked to this Site and, therefore, is not responsible for the content of any third-party web site linked to this Site. Sites may be linked or removed from any list solely at our discretion.

Refund Policy
We offer a full refund up until the PDS application has been submitted to RVL for approval.
